Overview

The Safariland 6004 is a tactical drop-leg holster designed for right-hand carry with 1911 Government models. It utilizes the Self Locking System (SLS) rotating hood, which requires a simultaneous downward push and forward rotation to release the firearm, providing enhanced security against takeaways. The hood remains secure even when upward force is applied during the draw. Constructed from thermal-molded SafariLaminate with an STX tactical finish, the holster is built to resist scrapes and dents. The interior is lined with soft SafariSuede to protect the firearm's finish, and a molded-in sight track provides extra clearance for the sights. For stability, the rig features a double leg strap and a leg shroud with mounting holes that accommodate additional Safariland mounting platforms and accessories.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
