Overview

The Safariland Model 578 GLS Pro-Fit holster combines the Grip Lock System (GLS) and SafariSeven material to offer a versatile, secure fit for a wide range of handguns. The lightweight, proprietary nylon blend construction is completely non-abrasive to a firearm's finish, highly tolerant of extreme high and low temperatures, and easy to maintain. The low-cut, compact design facilitates easy concealment while ensuring a quick and intuitive draw, as the GLS automatically secures the weapon upon holstering and releases it via the middle finger during a standard shooting grip. Finished in flat dark earth, this left-hand OWB holster includes both an injection-molded paddle and an injection-molded belt loop that is adjustable for cant and supports cross-draw carry. The paddle design allows the holster to be worn comfortably with or without a belt.
