Overview

The Safariland Model 5198 is a lightweight, open-top concealment holster designed for defensive pistol competition and well-suited for concealed carry. Constructed from durable thermoformed SafariLaminate with an STX black finish, it features low-cut sides for an easy draw and compact size. A trigger guard detent and adjustable tension device secure the firearm during rigorous activity. The holster is IDPA and USPSA approved, features a sight channel that accommodates up to 3/16-inch front sights, and comes equipped with both an injection-molded belt loop—which is user-adjustable for cant angle and capable of cross-draw carry—and an injection-molded paddle designed to ride close to the body. This model is compatible with the Sig P320 for right-hand draw.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
