Overview

The Saeco 3-Cavity Bullet Mold in 638 style is designed for precision casting of 225-grain flat nose bullets for the .38-55 WCF caliber. Each cavity is individually machined from a special copper-alloyed pearlitic cast iron blend using digital equipment and identical cutting cherries, ensuring tight grain structure, dimensional stability, and consistent, duplicate bullets cast after cast. A heavy-duty steel sprue plate is held firmly against the mold blocks by a high-temperature spring washer to maintain a square, uniform base. Mold handles are not included.
