Overview

Saeco 2-cavity bullet molds are precision-machined one cavity at a time from a copper-alloyed, pearlitic cast iron blend. This material provides dimensional stability, a tight grain structure, and extended mold life. Each cavity is cut using digital equipment and a precision cherrie to ensure consistent duplication. A steel sprue plate is held in place by a high-temperature spring washer to facilitate uniform bullets with square bases. Note that hardwood handles are not included and must be purchased separately. Weight specifications are based on Saeco's suggested alloy; actual bullet weights may vary depending on the alloy mixture used by the caster.
