Overview

The Ruger American Rimfire is a full-size, bolt-action rifle chambered in 22 LR. It is built with an 18-inch threaded satin stainless steel barrel (1/2"x28) and a satin stainless steel receiver that features an integral scope rail and is drilled and tapped for additional optics. The rifle utilizes the patent-pending Power Bedding integral bedding block system to free-float the barrel and improve accuracy. The rifle features a black synthetic stock that includes interchangeable length-of-pull and comb-height modules. Other features include a cold hammer-forged barrel, the adjustable Ruger Marksman trigger, a 60-degree bolt throw, and a tang safety. It ships with a detachable, flush-mounted 10-round BX-1 rotary magazine and features an extended 10/22-style magazine release. Sling swivel studs are also included.
