Overview

The Ruger American Predator is a bolt-action rifle chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor with a 4+1 capacity. It features a 22-inch cold hammer-forged, heavier-tapered threaded barrel with a 5/8"-24 thread pattern and a factory-installed thread protector. The matte black alloy steel receiver features a factory-installed one-piece Picatinny scope rail, and the action utilizes a one-piece three-lug bolt with a 70-degree throw. Accuracy is enhanced by the Ruger Marksman Adjustable trigger and a patent-pending Power Bedding integral bedding block system that free-floats the barrel. The rifle is equipped with a moss green ergonomic synthetic stock with a soft rubber buttpad, a visible tang safety, a flush-fit rotary magazine, and sling swivel studs.
