Overview

The Ruger Gunsite Scout is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .308 Win, developed in collaboration with Gunsite. It features a 16.1-inch, free-floated, cold hammer-forged stainless steel barrel with a 5/8"-24 threaded muzzle, capped with a radial port muzzle brake and thread protector. The receiver is also matte stainless steel, featuring integral scope mounts and a forward-mounted Picatinny rail. The rifle utilizes a Mauser-type controlled round feed extractor with a fixed blade-type ejector. It is equipped with a ghost ring adjustable rear aperture sight and a protected non-glare blade front sight. The black synthetic stock includes an aluminum bedding block, three-position safety, and an adjustable length-of-pull via three included 0.5-inch spacers and a soft rubber buttpad. The rifle accepts AI-style detachable box magazines with a capacity of 10 rounds.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
