Overview

The Ruger SFAR (Small-Frame Autoloading Rifle) is a semi-automatic rifle chambered in .308 Winchester / 7.62 NATO with a 10+1 capacity, offering a platform nearly identical in size to a traditional 5.56 modern sporting rifle. It features a 16.10-inch cold hammer-forged 4140 chrome-moly steel heavy-profile barrel with ultra-precise 5R rifling and a black nitride finish. The muzzle is outfitted with a Ruger 2-port Boomer brake on 5/8"-24 threads. The bolt and barrel extensions are CNC-machined from high-strength super alloy steel with tapered lug geometry, while the bolt carrier assembly features a chrome-lined 8620 steel carrier, a staked nitride gas key, a DLC-coated titanium firing pin, dual ejectors, and an optimized extractor. The upper receiver is forged from 7075-T6 hard-coat anodized aluminum with a Picatinny rail, and the free-floating 15-inch aluminum handguard features M-LOK slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions and integrated QD sling sockets. The rifle utilizes a mid-length gas system with a 4-position rotary-regulator gas block, a Ruger Elite 452 two-stage trigger delivering a 4.5-pound pull, and a Magpul MOE SL stock and grip.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
