Overview

The Ruger American Gen II is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .223 Remington. It features a 20-inch medium-contour, cold hammer-forged barrel with deep spiral fluting, a threaded muzzle with a factory-installed radial port muzzle brake, and a Gun Metal Gray Cerakote finish on the barreled action. The rifle is equipped with a gray splatter-finished synthetic stock that includes an adjustable comb riser and an adjustable length of pull spacer. Operating with a 10-round magazine, the rifle also features a three-position tang safety that locks the bolt, a user-adjustable Ruger Marksman trigger, and a factory-installed one-piece Picatinny scope base. Additional features include an oversized bolt handle for positive manipulation, integral bedding block, and steel sling swivel studs.
