Overview

The Ruger Precision Rifle is a modular, bolt-action repeating rifle chambered in 308 Winchester, engineered for long-range accuracy and versatility. It features a 20-inch heavy-contour barrel with a 5/8"-24 thread pitch and a Ruger Precision Rifle Hybrid Muzzle Brake to effectively control recoil and muzzle blast. The barrel is surrounded by a 15-inch free-float hard-coat anodized aluminum handguard featuring M-LOK slots on all four sides for accessory attachment. The rifle is built around an upper receiver and alloy steel chassis designed for a direct recoil path into the stock without traditional bedding. It features a smoked bronze Cerakote metal finish, a 20 MOA canted scope base, an externally adjustable trigger, an oversized bolt handle with a bolt disassembly tool stored in the aluminum bolt shroud, and a Magpul MOE-K2-XL grip. The folding stock is fully adjustable for both length of pull and comb height. The magazine well accepts both AICS and M110/SR25/DPMS/Magpul-style magazines, and the rifle ships with two 10-round Magpul PMAGs.
