Overview

The Reptilia DOT Mount is a lightweight, slim-line optics mount designed for use with Aimpoint ACRO-footprint red dot sights on AR-15 platforms. Machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminum with a Mil-Spec Type III hard anodized Flat Dark Earth finish, the mount attaches to any M1913 Picatinny rail. It provides a lower 1/3 co-witness height with standard AR-15 style backup sights. The mount features a spring-loaded nitrided steel clamp and mounting bolt that sit flush with the body for an anti-snag, low-profile design. Weighing approximately 2 ounces (57 grams), this unit is made in the USA and includes all necessary mounting hardware.
