The Redding Premium Neck Expander Die for .44 Special and .44 Magnum cartridges is a precision-ground steel die engineered to enhance ammunition assembly and prolong brass life. It features a unique Titanium Nitride (TiN)-coated expander plug that reduces surface friction, adds durability, and prevents brass buildup during high-volume reloading. The plug's multi-step design includes a radius at the base for easy entry into the case mouth, a parallel expander section to true the case internally for uniform bullet pull, a small step to align the bullet with the cartridge centerline, and a final flare to properly open the case mouth when using cast bullets.
