Overview

The Redding Taper Crimp Die for National Match (NM-C) Die Set is a specialized steel reloading tool tailored for .300 Blackout cartridges. Designed primarily for handgun cartridges that headspace on the case mouth where conventional roll crimping is undesirable, this die is also suited for revolver cartridges and bottleneck rifle cartridges when uniform taper crimping is preferred. It applies a gradual, controlled crimp to secure the bullet in place and prevent setback during feeding and recoil without overworking the case mouth or altering overall cartridge length. Requires the use of a quality case lubricant.
