Redding Reloading Equipment .224 Valkyrie Pistol Taper Crimp Die

Overview

The Redding Reloading Equipment .224 Valkyrie Pistol Taper Crimp Die is a precision reloading tool designed to provide a light, uniform crimp that secures the bullet without deforming the case or interfering with headspacing. While traditional roll crimps squeeze the case neck against the entire bullet shank and alter overall length, this steel die applies a gentle, increasingly tight taper along the case mouth. This controlled process reduces case stress, extends brass life, and maintains consistent ammunition assembly for target shooting and duty applications. It requires the use of a quality case lubricant.
