Overview

The Redding Titanium Nitride Neck Sizing Die Bushing is designed to fit freely and interchange in all Redding Bushing-Style Sizing Dies across calibers from .17 to .338. Measuring 1/2" in outside diameter and 3/8" in length, this .308-diameter bushing is precision-machined from heat-treated steel and finished with a titanium nitride (TiN) coating. The TiN surface treatment provides a hand-polished finish with an exceptional surface hardness of Rc 60-62, which minimizes friction, reduces sizing effort, eliminates galling on brass, and significantly extends tool life. By selecting the correct bushing size, reloaders can achieve exact control over neck tension and case grip without excessive resizing, promoting uniform bullet seating and consistent ammunition performance.
