Overview

The Redding Competition Bushing Neck Sizing Die is designed to offer precise control and consistent alignment during the reloading process. Similar in concept to competition seating dies, the cartridge case is fully supported and aligned with the sizing bushing prior to the sizing operation. As the process begins, the case remains supported within a tightly chambered sliding sleeve while the resizing bushing self-centers on the case neck. The decapping rod is maintained in precise linear support by internal die components acting much like a firing pin, and micrometer adjustment of the bushing position provides exact control over the desired length of the neck to be sized. Bushings and shellholders are sold separately.
