Overview

The Really Right Stuff SOAR PT-Scout is a pan-tilt tripod head designed for tracking optics and outdoor observation. It features a dual 1.5" RRS dovetail base with RRS-Lock for secure mounting and supports 3/8" stud mounting or clamping into existing ball heads. The unit includes a removable, extendable handle with extra-long threading to prevent accidental removal and fine-adjustable tilt pre-tension to accommodate various optic sizes. The tilt head also incorporates a notch for increased range of motion. Designed for versatility, the PT-Scout offers a user-customizable configuration, allowing the pan brake and drag knob to be moved to either side. It is compatible with ARMS-17s, SC-ARC, and BTC-PRO style clamps, providing options for weight savings, lever-release functionality, or integration with RRS-Lock systems. The PT-Scout is built for robustness and field performance, making it a reliable solution for scouting and long-range observation.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
