Overview
The Real Avid Bore Boss is an ultra-compact, self-storing bore cleaning system for 6.5mm/.243/.260 caliber rifles. The system features a 32-inch dual-action cable with an integrated phosphor bronze bore brush and a 10-inch braided bore mop. The Bore Boss wraps around a polycarbonate flex-case handle, which provides an ergonomic grip for pulling the cable through the barrel while serving as a storage compartment that protects the brush from damage. To use, the operator flips, feeds, clips, and pulls the cable through the bore for a single-pass cleaning solution.
