Overview

The RCBS Legacy Series 3-Die Set is designed specifically for cowboy action enthusiasts and shooters utilizing original or reproduction black powder rifles in 45-120 Sharps Straight 3-1/4". This 3-die roll crimp set is engineered for loading straight-wall metallic black powder cartridges. The set includes a steel Sizer Die that sizes the case and de-primes, an Expander Die that opens the case to the proper diameter and imparts a case mouth flare for smooth bullet feeding, and a Seater Die that seats the bullet while applying a roll crimp. Note that these dies do not feature a carbide sizing ring, meaning cases must be lubricated prior to sizing. Shellholders are sold separately.
