Overview

The RCBS Hand-Held Case Neck Turner (90401) is a micrometer-adjustable tool designed to shave consistent amounts of brass from the outside of case necks, helping to maintain uniform neck tension and improve accuracy. It features an ergonomic quick-change case holder that allows for easy rotation and forward pressure without the use of thumbscrews. The tool can be zeroed to a pilot and adjusted in 0.0005" increments. It accepts cases from 17 to 50 caliber and is suitable for both right- and left-handed reloaders. Caliber-specific pilots are sold separately.
