Overview

The Raven Concealment Systems VanGuard 2 is a minimalist, ambidextrous IWB holster designed for Gen 3-5 Glock 17/19/20/22/23/26/29/31/32/45 models. Unlike traditional holsters, the VanGuard 2 covers only the trigger guard, eliminating bulk while providing safety during storage, transport, or carry. Each shell includes a 24" braided nylon cord lanyard for tethering. The system is highly versatile: it can be used as a simple trigger guard cover, with the static-line tether for concealed carry, or upgraded with a strut and soft-loop assembly (sold separately) to create a stable, adjustable IWB holster. The design allows for the slide to be cycled and the magazine released while the cover is in place, enabling the user to clear the weapon without removing the holster. It is recommended that the VanGuard 2 be removed from the weapon and installed outside the waistband when re-holstering.
