Overview

The Radical Firearms FR-16 is a semi-automatic AR-15 rifle chambered in .300 AAC Blackout with a 30+1 capacity. It features a 16-inch steel threaded barrel with a black Melonite finish, a 1:8 twist rate, and a 5/8"x24 thread pattern to accept compatible muzzle devices and suppressors. Built on forged MIL-STD upper and lower receivers with a Type III black anodized finish, the platform utilizes a mid-length direct impingement gas system and a low-profile gas block. For modular accessory mounting, the rifle is equipped with a 15-inch SHR M-LOK free-float handguard and an upper receiver Picatinny rail.
