Overview

The Radian Weapons P365-XMACRO Backstrap and Magazine Well system is designed to provide an enhanced, rock-solid grip for Sig Sauer P365 X-Macro pistols. The backstrap features aggressive, deep channels to maximize surface contact while remaining comfortable, and its palm swell promotes a repeatable connection for improved firearm control. The included magazine well adds a critical contact point at the bottom of the grip module to aid in hand positioning and facilitate reliable tactical or administrative reloads. Constructed from anodized bronze aluminum, the system utilizes a low-profile design that minimizes snagging during holstering and reduces printing for concealed carry. The magazine well maintains full compatibility with all OEM X-Macro magazines and base plates. Installation is achieved via a precision-machined dovetail interface with a spring-loaded retention stud, eliminating the need for screws. Each kit includes the backstrap, magazine well, retention stud, spring, and the necessary installation tool.
