Overview

The Radian Weapons Model 1 is a semi-automatic AR-15 platform rifle chambered in .223 Remington (Wylde). It features a 14.5-inch match-grade stainless steel barrel that is pinned and welded to exceed a 16-inch total length, finished in black. The rifle utilizes a direct impingement operating system with an enhanced black nitride M16 bolt carrier group and a H2 carbine buffer. The upper and lower receivers are constructed from aluminum and finished in Radian Black Cerakote, matched to the proprietary extended aluminum M-LOK handguard. The Model 1 is fully ambidextrous, featuring the A-DAC dual-action control system, which includes a right-side bolt hold-open, as well as ambidextrous magazine and bolt release buttons. It also comes equipped with a Radian Raptor-SD suppressor-optimized charging handle and a Talon 45/90-degree safety selector. The trigger is an ATC AR Gold two-stage match unit. The rifle is completed with a Magpul pistol grip, a collapsible Magpul CTR stock, and a 30-round magazine. It has an overall length of 33.5 inches and weighs 6.5 pounds.
