Overview

The PTR Archon Type B Gen 2 is a 9mm semi-automatic striker-fired handgun featuring a steel monocoque frame. It utilizes patented AF-Speedlock technology, which incorporates a low bore axis and a breech locking mechanism to reduce muzzle rise and felt recoil, facilitating faster target re-acquisition. The pistol is equipped with a 4.3-inch barrel with a 1:10 twist rate and a Nitride finish. It features a modular grip system with interchangeable textures, a flared magwell, and a trigger with a 4.5 lb pull weight. The sights consist of a serrated rear and a front fiber optic sight compatible with Glock standard dovetails. Safety features include a trigger block, firing pin safety block, and a trigger bar safety. The handgun comes with one 15-round magazine, one 18-round magazine, three black backstraps, and two grip extenders.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
