Overview

PTG Carbide Chamber Roughing Reamer for .222 Remington Magnum is manufactured to SAAMI specifications. Constructed from C4 carbide, these reamers are designed to provide a service life up to four times longer than standard tool steel reamers. The tool features a 3/8-inch square drive shank for use with a tap wrench and includes a removable pilot compatible with the GTR Chamber Flushing System (sold separately). A roughing reamer is intended for the initial cut in an unchambered barrel.
