This Palmetto State Armory complete lower receiver is machined from billet 7075-T6 forgings, hard-coat anodized in black, and purpose-built to accept 9mm Glock-style magazines without a last-round bolt hold-open feature. Designed to pair with the PSA PA-9 upper, the lower is assembled using a PSA MOE EPT lower build kit.
