This PSA Gen4 complete 9mm upper receiver features a 16-inch chrome moly steel barrel with a 1/10 twist, a nitride finish for durability, and a 9mm birdcage flash hider. The upper is paired with a 13.5-inch lightweight M-LOK free-float rail and a 6061-T6 aluminum slick-side upper receiver hard-coat anodized in black. It includes an AR-V 9mm bolt carrier group constructed from phosphate-coated 8620 steel with an enhanced firing pin and an external 5.56-style extractor, along with a charging handle.
