The Palmetto State Armory M4 Carbine AR-15 Upper Assembly features a 16-inch 4150V chrome moly vanadium steel barrel with a nitride finish, a 1:7 twist rate, an M4 barrel extension, and a carbine-length gas system. The barrel is equipped with an F-marked front sight base, an A2 flash hider, and Magpul MOE carbine-length handguards. The upper receiver is forged from 7075-T6 aluminum with an A3 profile and a hard-coat anodized finish, and it includes a Magpul MBUS rear backup sight.
