Overview

The Palmetto State Armory 16" Mid-Length Pencil upper and lower build kit features a 16-inch 4150V chrome moly vanadium steel barrel with a 1/7 twist, a light pencil profile, a mid-length gas system, a nitride finish, a 0.625" low-profile gas block, and an A2 flash hider. The forged 7075-T6 A3 AR upper receiver is hard-coat anodized and paired with a 13.5" lightweight M-LOK free-float rail. The kit includes a ToolCraft nickel-boron bolt carrier group with a shot-peened Carpenter 158 steel bolt and staked grade 8 gas key fasteners, a charging handle, and a Magpul MBUS black iron sight set.
