Overview

This Palmetto State Armory Freedom upper receiver features a 16" chrome-moly vanadium steel barrel chambered in 5.56 NATO with a 1:7 twist, M4 barrel extension, and a mid-length gas system. The A2-style profile barrel is Melonite/nitride treated for durability and finished with an F-marked .750" diameter front sight base with a sling swivel, standard handguards, and an A2 flash hider. The forged 7075-T6 A3 AR upper receiver is hard-coat anodized black and includes M4 feedramp cuts.
