Overview

The Palmetto State Armory 16" M4 Carbine-Length 5.56 NATO Lightweight Classic Rifle features a chrome-moly vanadium steel barrel with a 1:7 twist rate, an M4 profile and extension, a carbine-length gas system, a low-profile gas block, and an A2 flash hider, surrounded by a 13.5-inch PSA Lightweight M-LOK free-float handguard. The upper receiver is forged from 7075-T6 aluminum with a hard-coat anodized finish, forward assist, and dust cover, and houses a full-auto profile bolt carrier group with a shot-peened Carpenter 158 steel bolt and a chrome-lined, phosphate-coated 8620 steel carrier. The forged 7075-T6 aluminum lower receiver includes a Mil-Spec fire control group, an A2 grip, and a 6-position Mil-Spec buffer tube fitted with a PSA Classic Carbine Stock.
