Overview

The Palmetto State Armory 11.5" 5.56 NATO Classic Upper Receiver features an 11.5-inch chrome moly vanadium barrel with a phosphate finish, a 1:7 twist rate, M4 barrel extension, carbine-length gas system, classic carbine-length handguard, F-marked gas sight base, and an A2 flash hider. The upper receiver is forged from 7075-T6 aluminum to mil-specs with an A3 profile and a hard-coat anodized black finish. It includes a full-auto profile bolt carrier group with a mil-spec Carpenter No. 158 steel bolt, a gas key hardened to USGI specifications, and Grade 8 fasteners staked per mil-spec.
