Overview

The Palmetto State Armory 10.5" Carbine-Length 5.56 NATO Upper is built around a 4150V chrome moly vanadium steel barrel with a phosphate finish and a 1 in 7" twist rate. The barrel features a carbine-length gas system, a low-profile gas block, a PSA 12" Slant End M-LOK rail, and a fluted aluminum flash can designed to direct muzzle gases and noise forward. The upper receiver is forged from 7075-T6 A3 aluminum, hard-coat anodized black to military specifications. The included bolt carrier group features a mil-spec shot-peened Carpenter 158 steel bolt with a gas key secured by grade 8 fasteners and staked per mil-spec, alongside a parkerized exterior and chrome-lined interior bolt carrier.
