Overview

The Protektor BenchRest Rifle Stock is designed for 1,000-yard benchrest shooting and features an extra-long, 3-inch wide forend with a 1.25-inch barrel channel for extended tracking surfaces. The buttstock incorporates a straight comb with a 1/2-inch flat bottom width and a 3-degree slant to help the rifle move away from the face under heavy recoil. Constructed with a two-part post-catalyzed conversion varnish, the stock includes a 1-inch Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad and a blued chrome-moly escutcheon, and is available with an aluminum bedding block for the action without a magazine cutout.
