Proof Research PXT Zermatt Origin Carbon Fiber Prefit Barrel 6.5 PRC 22" Sendero Contour 1:7.5" Twist

Overview

The Proof Research PXT Zermatt Origin Carbon Fiber Prefit Barrel is chambered in 6.5 PRC with a 22-inch barrel length, Sendero contour, and a 1:7.5" twist. Utilizing PROOF Exponential Twist (PXT) rifling geometry, this barrel reduces engraving force, minimizes throat erosion, and smooths projectile engagement to enhance barrel life, consistency, and recoil control. Wrapped in a high-strength, aerospace-grade carbon fiber impregnated with a proprietary matrix resin, the barrel is up to 64% lighter than traditional steel contours and offers extreme temperature resistance with superior heat dissipation. It arrives fully threaded, chambered, and ready to shoulder directly onto the action without additional machining.
