It incorporates PROOF Exponential Twist (PXT) technology, a geometry engineered to reduce engraving force, minimize throat erosion, and smooth the projectile's transition into the rifling for improved consistency, reduced felt torque, and up to a 30 to 100 percent increase in barrel life. Wrapped in high-strength, aerospace-grade carbon fiber impregnated with a proprietary matrix resin, the barrel is up to 64 percent lighter than traditional steel contours and offers extreme temperature resistance with enhanced heat dissipation.
