Overview

The Proof Research Impact Precision 787R Carbon Fiber prefit barrel is chambered in 300 PRC with a 24-inch length and 1:9-inch twist rate. Designed for match-grade performance, these barrels are produced in-house from double-stress relieved 416R stainless steel, which is drilled, contoured, reamed, cut rifled, and lapped before undergoing borescope inspection. The barrel utilizes aerospace-grade carbon fiber, which offers superior strength and stiffness compared to stainless steel. Proof’s helical wrapping pattern is engineered to optimize longitudinal thermal diffusivity, allowing the barrel to dissipate heat more efficiently along its length. This thermal management improves heat transport through the barrel wall, resulting in faster cooling and maintained accuracy during extended shooting sessions.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
