Overview

The Phase 5 Carbine Mini Stock Assembly (CMSA) provides a compact, fixed stock solution for AR-15 platforms. The kit includes the Universal Mini Stock (UMS) and the HexOne buffer tube, both precision-machined from USA-sourced billet aluminum. The HexOne buffer tube is constructed from 7075-T7 aluminum and features a hexagonal design that is more rugged than standard mil-spec extensions, making it compatible with various calibers including 5.56 NATO, .300 BLK, .308, and 7.62x39, as well as pistol caliber carbines (though caliber-specific buffers and springs may be required). The UMS is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and is designed with a bottom curve to provide a superior anchor on the chest, facilitating quick transitions. The assembly includes a standard carbine buffer and a Phase 5 enhanced buffer spring, with both components undergoing a tumbling process for a smooth, snag-free matte black finish.
