Overview

The Pelican 1605 Air is a protective hard case constructed from a proprietary, lightweight HPX polymer. Designed to be up to 40% lighter than standard polymer cases, it is both watertight, dustproof, and crushproof. The case features a watertight O-ring gasket and an automatic purge valve that balances interior air pressure. Included features are stainless steel hasp protectors, rubber overmolded handles, and double-throw latches. The lid utilizes a "Conic Curve" design for added structural integrity. The case also includes a removable polycarbonate card holder that can be positioned on the front or side of the unit. This model comes with a foam insert.
