Overview

The Otis Modern Sporting Rifle and AR Cleaning System (FG-556-MSR) is a comprehensive maintenance kit designed specifically for .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO platforms, as well as 5.7mm firearms. Utilizing aircraft-grade Memory-Flex cables (8-inch and 30-inch), the kit enables proper Breech-to-Muzzle cleaning to protect the bore from damage without requiring full disassembly. Housed in a compact 4" x 4" x 2.5" soft pack case with a belt loop, the kit includes caliber-specific bronze bore brushes, a bore mop, 100% cotton 2-inch patches, a small slotted tip, a small obstruction remover, a T-handle, a chamber brush, a pin punch, an end brush, a scraper, straight and bent picks, a locking lug scraper, a short AP brush, and a chamber flag. It also features a B.O.N.E. Tool for scraping carbon from the bolt, bolt carrier, and firing pin, alongside a 0.5 fl. oz. bottle of Shooter’s Choice FP-10 Lubricant Elite CLP and a microfiber gun cloth.
