Overview

The Odin Works Type 2 AR-15 Bolt Carrier Group is built to true Mil-Spec dimensions for reliable performance in 6.5 Grendel and 6mm ARC builds. This assembly features a case-hardened 8620 steel carrier and a case-hardened 9310 steel bolt with a Type 2 bolt face, which has undergone both Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and High Pressure Testing (HPT). The components are finished in a durable black nitride coating that provides low friction and minimizes the need for lubricants. Additional features include a 4130 steel gas key attached with Grade 8 hardware and properly staked into a milled valley, a hardened 4340 cam pin, an 8740 steel centerless ground hard chrome-fired firing pin, and a 4340 steel extractor with a manganese phosphate coating paired with a Mil-Spec extractor spring and O-ring combination.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
