The bore utilizes polygonal rifling to slightly boost projectile velocity and reduce bore erosion for extended accuracy retention. Additionally, the barrel includes M4 extended feed ramps, muzzle threads for suppressors and muzzle devices, a headspaced bolt, and a Switchblock gas block.
