Overview

The Noveske NSR (Noveske Skinny Rail) is a 13.5-inch free-float handguard designed for AR-15 platforms. Constructed from 6005A-T5 aluminum with a durable black hard-coat anodized finish, this handguard features a slim 1.48-inch width to improve rifle balance and ergonomics. The system includes a 1913 continuous top rail for mounting optics and iron sights, along with M-LOK slots for modular accessory attachment. This rail is secured to a steel barrel nut using four T25 Torx fasteners. It is compatible with heavy-profile barrels and low-profile gas blocks up to .875 inches in diameter when located under the handguard. Note that installation requires a 1-1/16-inch crow's foot wrench, as standard AR-15 barrel nut wrenches are not compatible with this system. It is not designed for use with gas piston conversions. The handguard includes the necessary barrel nut, mounting screws, and a T25 wrench.
