Overview

The Nordic Components MXT (Modular eXtension Tube) kit is a 12-gauge magazine extension assembly designed to increase capacity by nine rounds. Constructed from anodized 6061 aluminum, this matte black extension features a barrel clamp relief groove that prevents the clamp from shifting under recoil, protecting the barrel finish and maintaining point of impact. The tube body is threaded on both ends, allowing for the reversal of the tube to reposition the barrel clamp groove for different barrel lengths. The kit includes the extension tube, a reinforced end cap, and a full-length magazine tube spring. Note that this system is universal and must be paired with a Nordic Components Magazine Extension Tube Nut specific to the user's shotgun model for proper installation.
