Overview

The NcStar VISM SPD Solar Reflex Sight is a compact red dot optic designed for rapid target acquisition across tactical, law enforcement, and civilian applications. Featuring a durable black anodized aluminum construction, it offers a 1x magnification, an objective lens diameter of 27mm, and an unlimited eye relief. The 2 MOA red dot reticle is powered by a dual power source system combining a top-mounted solar cell—which automatically powers the reticle and turns on the unit when sufficient sunlight is present—with a backup AA battery. Optimized for performance in both daylight and low-light environments, the SPD includes an electronic control panel with side-mounted controls, offering 5 levels of daytime brightness settings. It provides 0.50 MOA adjustment sizes with 104 MOA of total windage and elevation travel. The optic features a 1.5-inch dot height designed for absolute co-witness with AR-15/M4 iron sights and integrates a locking quick-release mount compatible with Weaver, Picatinny, and MIL-STD 1913 rails.
