Overview

The My Medic SOF Tactical Tourniquet in tan sets a high standard for prehospital trauma gear. Designed for rapid one-handed and two-handed applications, it features a reinforced, low-stretch 5-inch polyester pressure band that easily slides over an arm or leg, along with a detachable, UV-resistant, high-strength composite friction-lock buckle for quick access to confined spaces. A patented indicator wedge is stitched beneath the windlass to visually confirm when all slack has been removed. The 5-inch machined aircraft-grade aluminum windlass rod includes a textured grip for secure twisting and locks securely into place using a Tri-Ring Lock and Tourniquet Retention Assistance Clip.
