Overview

The Model 6395 ALS Low-Ride Level I Retention Duty Holster is purpose-built for the security of duty officers and fits Sig Sauer P229R DAK 40 (bobbed hammer) and Sig Sauer P229R DA/SA 40 (full-size hammer) firearms. It features the Automatic Locking System (ALS), an internal locking device that secures the weapon in all directions immediately upon holstering without the need for straps or snaps. The mechanism is fully operable with the thumb, allowing a simple straight-up draw once deactivated. Constructed from durable SafariLaminate, the holster includes a protective suede lining to safeguard the firearm's sights and finish. Its low-ride belt loop sits 1.5 inches lower than standard to keep the firearm riding close to the body.
