Overview
The Model 6390 ALS Mid-Ride Level I Retention Duty Holster by Safariland is designed for the Colt Government 1911. Featuring an open-top construction, this FDE Brown holster incorporates the Automatic Locking System (ALS), an internal locking device that secures the weapon in all directions without the need for straps or snaps. The holster locks the firearm into place automatically upon holstering and is fully operable via the thumb, releasing with a simple straight-up draw once deactivated. It includes a mid-ride belt loop that positions the holster close to the body, alongside a protective suede lining to safeguard the firearm's sights and finish.
